Regional Sales Manager
Job Function/Summary:
This position is responsible for planning and directing a regional
sales force which will ensure the achievement of growth objectives.
The Regional Sales Manager will over see implementation of Internship4You’s
marketing plans for new markets. You will recruit, train, coach,
and motivate sales representatives while planning and directing
field sales rep activities. As one of several regional sales managers,
you will lead and implement large-scale change initiatives, as determined
by corporate office, across the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales / Marketing
Contribute to and help refine our sales and assist with marketing
strategies; Personally generate new sales and manage/develop existing
clients; Establish priorities for target accounts; Determine sales
unit's opportunities, probabilities and timeframes that match sales
objectives Establish sales targets, quotas and goals; Assign territories
to sales representatives; Identify trends regionally, nationally
and internationally to proactively plan for the impact to the business;
Obtain and provide information on market and competitive conditions
within the region; Assist in the development and implementation
of marketing plans for new markets; Oversee the negotiation of major
sales and revenue retention initiatives within the region; Consistently
evaluate competition; Contribute to and implement strategic sales
plans and process development to accommodate corporate goals.
Customer Satisfaction
Develop and implement customer satisfaction improvement strategies,
customer-specific performance improvement programs, internal escalations
to meet customer requirements and linkage to operations to achieve
complete customer satisfaction; Assist sales representatives in
the resolution of customer-related issues; Advise and consult senior
management on current developments and trends as well as customer
reactions.
Accounting
Manage expenses and revenues to ensure the sales reps maintain profitability
and expense targets; Oversee financial aspects of the region, that
includes payroll hours and profits; Prepare periodic sales report
showing sales volume, potential sales, monthly meetings, and weekly
call ins.
Personnel
Ensure appropriate performance management and best practices when
hiring and dismissing sales reps; Conduct performance reviews with
each sales rep quarterly throughout the year.
General Management
Act as a liaison between sales department and other sales related
units or business partners; Help develop training for new reps and
training for existing reps; Plan, coordinate and conduct regional
sales meetings; Represent Internships4You at conferences, meetings
and tradeshows.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High sense of responsibility and ability
to work self-directed
- 5+ years of relevant regional sales
experience
- Exceptional working knowledge of sales
concepts, methods, techniques and strategies; Strong sales management
and negotiation skills; Proven sales record or track record in
building and growing strategic relationships; Previous sales management
experience required
- Ability to effectively present information
and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers,
and the general public
- High level of integrity, energetic,
competitive and goal-oriented; Strong verbal and written communication
skills; Outstanding interpersonal, time management and leadership
skills;
- Excellent analytical skills; Strong attention
to details and good follow-through
- Ability to network, recruit, train,
develop and promote associates
- Ability to travel frequently

Job Function/Summary:
The Sales Representative will be the heart of the company, selling
Internships4You’s exceptional
services to employers and affiliates. This position is relationship
driven with high earning potential. You will be responsible for
growing revenue within a designated territory.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Representatives cultivate new accounts through cold calls,
email, telemarketing, networking, and face-to-face sales presentations
to potential clients. Primarily selling Internships4You’s
innovative and exciting four core services, you will be working
towards corporate and bonus quota and revenue standards (team and
individual), which are assigned to each regional office. Under the
supervision of the regional sales manager, you will work with other
sales representatives, as well as a sales support/customer service
representative in a team environment. This position requires someone
who is very self-motivated, results-driven, assertive, and confident.
Candidates must be enthusiastic and people-oriented with a drive
to make new contacts. They must have strong powers of persuasion
and excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Candidates
must be team players comfortable in fast paced environments dedicated
